17.  How long can you stay in a space suit and how much does it weigh?
A lot depends on the wearer because wearing a space suit is not only uncomfortable but depends on what kind of shape the astronaut is in. The space suit is like a mini spacecraft and wearing one is hard work! It is 126 kilograms–but weightless in space! The nominal time someone can wear a spacesuit is generally five to seven hours. Much also depends on oxygen, battery power, and cooling water available via the suit.
